Jakarta, Indonesia – Savyavasa, a luxury residential property located in the most prestigious address in Dharmawangsa, South Jakarta, officially topped out on 29 February 2024, marking the completion of the structural phase of the three residential towers.
Savyavasa is a joint venture between Hong Kong developer Swire Properties and JSI Group in Indonesia, two internationally-renowned developers with decades of experience in designing and managing upscale residences. A celebration ceremony was held on 29 February, and was attended by senior management from Swire Properties and JSI Group, together with partners involved in the development of the project.

Savyavasa is targeted for completion by the end of this year, with handover expected in Q2 2025.
