Seoul, South Korea – Oper8 Global Asia and Daton have announced a multi-year collaboration to develop, deploy and support Daton’s AI-based computer vision safety control and energy efficiency management systems for data centres in South Korea and across Asia-Pacific. The partnership was signed at Data Centre World Asia 2024, a two-day conference held recently at Marina Bay Sands Singapore.
Daton has developed AI-based analysis and anomaly detection technologies for video surveillance systems that have a range of applications in public safety, disaster and accident prevention, crime detection and prevention, workplace health and safety, and to monitor and prevent potential disasters in building facilities and data centres. Daton’s AI data anomaly detection solutions are also being developed to defend data centres from external cybersecurity attacks and to optimise the power usage of data centres through intelligent and automated energy management systems.
