Lendlease has announced two leadership appointments to its digital arm, Lendlease Digital, continuing its commitment to the digital transformation of the property and construction sectors.
Richard Kuppusamy has been named head of Lendlease Digital, Asia, with effect from September 2020. He retains his role as head of digital engineering for Integrated Solutions, Asia, which he has held since February 2019. Mr Kuppusamy assumes leadership, management, and performance of Lendlease’s digital business unit for the region.
“I am excited to be working with a team of innovators that are breaking down boundaries in the physical world and revolutionising the places we create and the way in which we build,” said Mr Kuppusamy, who is based in Singapore. “As a team, we look forward to driving new breakthroughs in the digitalisation of the built environment, the emergence of autonomous buildings, and leveraging the momentum we have already achieved as we strive to the development of a more sustainable, healthy world.”
In addition, Lendlease has appointed Preetham Nadig as head of Singapore Product Development Centre and vice president of engineering for Lendlease Digital, Asia. In his new role, Mr Nadig will be responsible for driving Lendlease Podium’s product technology roadmap and the development of digital solutions for the built environment. He reports to Pankaj Srivastava, chief technology officer for Lendlease Digital.
“We are delighted to have Preetham on board to lead the strategic vision in Singapore’s Product Delivery Centre. With his leadership, the team will deliver first-to-market digital solutions that cut across design, construction and global property supply chains. With Preetham added to our team of innovators and digital experts, we are confident that Lendlease Digital is well-positioned to propel the built world into the digital age,” said Mr Srivastava.
Mr Nadig brings with him over 18 years of experience leading delivery teams in tech startups and mature platforms in areas such as blockchain, telehealth, e-commerce and supply chain. Most recently, he led the Digital Products team at Zuellig Pharma and has previously held roles leading companies across the pharmaceutical, consumer goods and automotive sectors.
