Leighton Asia has won a contract to build the Aga Hall Estate, a high-rise residential project in Mumbai, India.
Construction works comprise the delivery of two residential towers, which feature 45 storeys and 56 storeys, including three basements and five podiums across a 4.5 acre site with a total built-up area of approximately 153,700 sq m.

“Leighton Asia has more than 20 years of experience in delivering large-scale commercial and residential projects across India, which we are pleased to use to deliver these premium apartments in the heart of South Mumbai,” added Juan Santamaria, executive chairman of CIMIC Group.
Construction of the project is scheduled to commence in January 2023 and complete in 2026.The contract will generate revenue of approximately A$150 million for Leighton Asia.
